Saria:Really Ian?(acts sarcastic) Pippy peck and pound!

Pippy: (pecks it to a wall then pounds it repeatedly) Piplup!

Wooper faints. (Ha. have to go)

Remi: Nice work. coughobviouslynotmystrongestpokemonthocough Here, take the Marine Badge!

Saria: (takes it) Thank You for the battle. (skips off to the pokemon center to heal up)

Remi: Let me heal my pokemon, and then we can battle. Kay, Ian?

Ian: Sure.

Soon...

Remi: I'll start it off with Wooper!

Ian: Alright then. I'll use Cublit.

Saria: (waves the "good luck" wave)

Ian: Alright then, ladies first.

Remi: If you insist. Wooper, Mud Gun Combo!

Ian: Light Bullet, make a hole in the attack! Then Light Tackle! *Cublit makes a hole in the Mud Gun and uses Light Bullet around its tackle to knock Wooper down*

Remi: Water gun!

Ian: Watch out! *Cublit is hit, but retaliates with a spinning light bullet that hits all over the water*

Wooper dodges under Cublit and comes up behind it with Mud Shot.

Ian: Cublit, skydive technique! *Cublit uses Light Bullet to propel itself just out of the water, then speeds down and hits Wooper with Tackle*

Remi: Cublit's strong. Wooper, special technique! MUD PRISON! *Wooper uses Mud Shot creatively to surround Cublit in mud. As it slowly attempts to get out of the prison, it is hit repeatedly with Mud Gun*

Ian: Cublit, finish it! Tackle!

Remi: Huh... Wooper, you've been training. Try Slam!

The two attacks collide, and in an explosion of water, both pokemon faint.

Ian: Heh. Return! Nice job out there. *looks down at a pokeball* Ready, buddy?

Saria: Oh he so copied some of my moves (walks to redwood to train)

Saria: Another Wurmple. Beat, time to train (summons it) Tackle.

Beat: (hits it)

Ian: Torchic!

Remi: Lotad!

Ian: Start it off, Ember!

Remi: My water type stops ember from being super effective.

Ian: But it doesn't stop...

Torchic slams Lotad from behind with Peck.

Ian: You from being distracted while I hit you with something strong. Now, Flaming Peck!

Remi: Eh. I may have to use the attack. Lotad, block it. NATURE POWER!

Lotad uses Nature Power which underwater (Gen. III) and in water (Gen. IV) is Hydro Pump.

Ian: Torchic, look out! Propel yourself up with Ember.

Remi: The same old trick won't work. Astonish!

Lotad changes to Astonish, making Torchic flinch as it deals out another Nature Power.

Ian: TORCHIC!

Torchic: C-chic.

Ian: Alright. We may need to use our special technique. SPINNING FLAMING PECK!

Torchic dodges an Absorb from Lotad and starts to spin, launching ember around it, which makes it spin faster and propels it at Lotad while using Peck. It knocks Lotad to the floor.

Remi: Lotad, Hydro Astonish!

Lotad uses Nature Power and Astonish at the same time, but Torchic lets Hydro Pump knock it down before Astonish hits. Both pokemon breath heavily. Lotad charges at Torchic, but Torchic blocks with a barrage of scratches, finishing with Peck. Lotad faints.

Remi: Congratulations... looks like you won a Marine Badge. Thanks for the battle. It was fun. So who's next? Shay or Andy.

(ignoring the above)
Saria: There not here.

Ian: Huh? I thought Shay was here. We'll meet here when they're ready, okay?

Remi: Sure.

As they walk outside, a mysterious girl bumps into them. She says nothing, and the group continues outside. The man from the restaurant comes up to them.

Saria: Hey dude whats up?

Waiter: The restaurant wanted to thank you for helping us. Recently, we found a group of Eevee. We would like you to have them. *hands the group and Eevee for each member*

Ian: Thank you. I'm Ian.

Waiter: Phillip. *shakes hand* Look, they gave me and Eevee too.

Ian: Cool.

Shay: (Walks up to them) Hi guys! Oooh! Eevees! Awesome!

Ian: One of them is yours. We got them for helping the restaurant. Say, do you want to do your gym battle now? *hugs his Eevee*

Saria: Eevee... joy...siiiigh Flareflare (her old flareon) Hmm (pets Eevee then sits down depressed)

Eevee: (Rubs up against Shay)

Shay: Ever...

Ever: (Smiles)

Shay: Yeah sure! (Runs to the gym with Treecko, Ever and Shade behind her)

At the gym...

The girl walks out, her expression unchanged.

Remi: Ready to battle, Shay?

Saria: .... Go shay... (still looks sad)

Shay: (Sighs) As I'll everbe (Throws up a pokeball) Ever let's go!

(They're already underwater in the tanks)

Remi: Hmm... Lotad, let's go!

(Ever wasn't called out yet >_>)

Shay: ... (Waits)

Ever: (Gathering its thoughts and gets ready)

Shay: (Looks at her poketch) call it!

Remi: Tails.

(I hated Sinnoh with a passion but Shay in my mind has a poketch ^_^)

Shay: (Presses a button) Its tails! you get first move (winks)

Ever: (Still getting ready)

Remi: Alright then. Hm... Astonish.

Ever: (Is ready just 5 seconds befor eit hits and intercepts with tackle)
